Today’s strict spam-filters and email-readers that will archive the emails in “junk”or “spam” folders, will prevent the recipient from opening the invoice you have sent.
We have solved the problem for you with Logiq Smartmail. Instead of sending your invoice by email, we will send a link which will navigate your customer to the invoice. When the customer clicks on the link, will you receive a message that the invoice has been received.
If the customer does not open the link within a number of days, which we have confirmed with you, we will then send the document to our print operator. The customer will then receive the invoice on a hard copy by mail. This way you are guaranteed that the invoice is received well before the due date. Via Customer Portal you will also have full control of which channel your customers have received the invoice through.
