What is Multi Channel?

As a consumer today, you expect the opportunity to receive your invoices and other trade documents in whichever channel you prefer. Companies therefore have a requirement to reach their customers in as many channels as possible.

Logiq now offers the service Multi Channel, where you as a sender can send the files the way that best suits you. Logiq will handle that the recipients receive the files in the way they prefer.

Some wants to be reached by PEPPOL, others by AvtaleGiro or by e-invoicing in the bank network. Others still prefer to receive invoices in the mail or as attachments to Emails.  With Multi Channel the companies have the possibility to send it the way that suits them.

With Logiq Customer Portal you’ll have great control, and afterwards see how your recipients have received the documents.

How does Multi Channel work?

You send the files to Logiq in your preferred file format. If needed, Logiq converts the file to the format the recipient can handle and thereafter delivers in the channel that’s best suited.

With the service Logiq Peppol Acces-point we have the access to central registers that checks if the recipient can receive files by the PEPPOL network.

Logiq Smartmail is a service that first sends an Email with a link that leads the customer to the invoice, safe and easy. If the invoice is not opened after a specified number of days, it will be sent to our print operators and then sent in the mail. Everything is well documented and easily accessible through the Logiq Customer Portal.

Central invoice print will in other cases be the preferred service.

E-mail with attached PDF is one of the most used services today. This is ment for the consumers that demands to receive the invoices on E-mail because og automatic receipt of invoices.
