You will receive an overview of which channel the document has left from, and if the recipient has received it ok. You will also receive a complete overview of which companies you are connected to at Logiq, the status of these, and how many documents you have sent or received with each customer individually.

Customer Portal has excellent search-capabilities that makes it easy to track down documents and to check on their status.

You will receive a copy of the document, with the preferred lay-out. With Logiq Customer Portal you also have the option of viewing the documents the exact same way as the customer when he receives it by email, hard copy or in the Web banking. This is an advantage if your customer refers to it in conversation.

Access to reports

Access to the Logiq Customer Portal can be provided at an enterprise level, giving you access to all subsidiaries in an enterprise, or access can be granted on a subsidiary level, giving access to its own traffic/movements.

By gaining access at an enterprise level, you will be able to withdraw relevant information for all companies, with an overview over which channel, volume, date and other statistics. You also have the option of splitting it, so that the individual subsidiaries can view each other’s traffic. This is a perfect fit for you who have support of certain groupings within the companies.

Automatic filters makes it easier for you

As a Logiq customer, you will have the option of ordering a filter, so that we automatically can return documents that do not meet the pre-defined data requirements.

Let us use an example: An invoice has been sent to you, and is stopped due to missing content. By logging onto Customer Portal you will be able to retrieve it, and also receive the explanation as to why it was stopped.

Your customer will automatically receive an email regarding this. And in Logiq Customer Portal, you will get an overview of all of your customers that have their documents stopped in the filter.

Simplified management of e-invoices

For you to be able to offer e-invoices through online banking services, you will need to communicate with the chosen bank clearing house. In the Nordic countries this actor is often Nets. When your customer clicks on “I would like the invoice” through their Internet bank, a file based communication is established. This way the customer will also be registered as e-invoice customer within your system. Please note that not all accounting systems have this feature.

Another example: Your customer cannot receive the invoice due to missing reference information. We know that many systems are struggling with amending an invoice that has already been sent. This is why Customer Portal has a function which makes it easy to edit the information, and then resend the invoice.

Complete overview and control

Some choose to send documents, like an invoice, as a PDF attachment to an email. However, we know that not all documents that are sent by email will reach the recipient’s inbox, it might go into the spam filter, be overlooked or forgotten.

With Smartmail you will be certain that your customers will receive the invoice. All documents and attachments to your e-mail that are not opened and read by the recipient within a number of days, will automatically be sent to our printer service, and sent to the recipient by email.

With Customer Portal you will have a complete overview of all your documents which have been sent through this channel, including their status. You can easily check what documents that have been opened by your customer, the ones that are still waiting, and the ones that have expired and send as a hard copy.
