By using our access point service, Logiq will automatically detect the type of documents you can receive. This means that all business partners are able to send e.g. invoices to you without any additional registration, connection or testing. We will receive the document, validate that all of the required information is included, and acknowledge to the sender in accordance to the statutory requirements. The business documents will then be sendt directly into your ERP-, accounting-, or work flow system ready for further processing.

When using Logiq as an access point we will consistently convert the document to your required format.  If you require to view an attachment, this can be attached to the distributed file. Logiq can create this attachment if it is not included.

Simple distribution

Logiq has developed a service so that you will receive an email when you receive a document from a new sender, allowing you to contact the sender to inform them as to what information is mandatory in the e.g. invoices.

Logiq can process all types of documents

Logiq is one of few PEPPOL access points that has been authorized to register customers that can receive all types of documents through the PEPPOL-network, this includes catalogues, orders, order confirmation, packing slip and invoices/credit notes.
