Logiq has been approved as VAN-operator for electronic customs bills from the Swedish Customs (Tullverket). The solution will allow for process automation of customs bills for our customers.
When you import goods to Sweden, you can either pay the required fees when you declare the goods, or you will receive a customs bill from the Swedish Customs (Tullverket) afterwards. For many companies, this invoice is still received in a paper format, although they strive to automate the rest of their accounts payable through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and electronic invoicing.
With electronic customs bill, our customers now have a solution suitable for handling large amounts of invoices from the Swedish Customs. They will be able to:
- Receive the invoice the same day it is issued
- Receive the invoice directly into their business system
- Reconcile the invoices with delivery notes, despatch advices, and other customs documents
- Approve and certify the customs invoices directly in their business system
Logiq is one of seven VAN-operators approved by the Swedish Customs for electronic customs bill. If you are a Logiq customer interested in this service, you can contact us or read more about the service here.
