The board of Logiq AS has appointed Troels Hansen as new CEO. He will take office at June 1st 2021. Troels transitions from the position as CEO of Logiq Sweden AB. The current CEO of Logiq AS, Knut Rosness, is retiring.
“The Board of Directors is pleased to announce Troels Hansen as our new CEO. Throughout his years as head of Logiq’s operations in Sweden, Troels has proven his ability to generate results and has implemented a successful growth strategy. He is a solid representative of Logiq’s culture of entrepreneurship and customer focus, and he has the leadership qualities required to continue the development of Logiq in a time of rapid expansions” says Anders Idebøen, Chairman of the Board.
“The Board would also like to take this opportunity to thank Knut Rosness for his great contributions to Logiq during his eight-year tenure as CEO in the company. Knut will remain at the company´s disposal until 31st of July”, adds Anders Idebøen.
“These years at Logiq have been fantastic, and I am proud to have guided the company towards its current position as one of the leading EDI-operators in the Nordic region. It is now time to pass on the lead to Troels, who will bring the company into the next phase”, says Knut.
Troels has been responsible for Logiq’s successful entry into the Swedish EDI-market over the past four years. He has established a local sales organization and built up a network of partners, which has generated a rapid expansion of Logiq’s market share in Sweden. During the same period, he has developed and consolidated Logiq Finfo’s position as the supplier of quality assured product-information to the supplier-market of the Swedish construction industry.
Troels is a senior executive with 15 years of leadership experience in both medium-sized companies and international corporations. He has more than 10 years of managerial experience in the Nordic EDI-market and within product information.

Troels Hansen will take office as CEO on June 1st 2021. He will remain as CEO of Logiq Sweden AB and the Finfo business area.
