About Logiq

Logiq is a service provider dedicated to the exchange of business information between companies. Our solutions focus mainly on EDI, electronic product catalogues and associated web-solutions.

Our history

Logiq AS was established in 1999, focusing mainly on logistics and process optimization.

In 2000 Logiq establish Netbusiness Systems AS (NBS), whose focus was e-Commerce and information logistics. In 2001, Logiq and NBS founded Bygg og Bolig (Building and Housing) AS, in collaboration with the Housing Manufacturer's and Master Builder’s Associations of Norway.

In 2004, Logiq and NBS merged to become Logiq AS, offering an expanded portfolio of e-Commerce tools and process, operation and developing expertise.

In 2006, Logiq’s service portfolio expanded further following the acquisition of Electrical and Electronics Industry Net AS (EE-net AS). EE-net AS is Norway's leading supplier of electronic product catalogue services, with customers from seven industries of commerce. 1st January, 2008 EE-net AS merged with Logiq AS.

In December 2009, Logiq acquired Finfo Information AB, the leading electronic product catalogue service provider to the Swedish construction industry. The company is situated in Stockholm, Sweden, and provides services to more than 1 300 companies.

AAA rating 

Logiq’s AAA rating from Dun & Bradstreet was renewed in June, 2009.

Logiq’s services are united under Logiq Central - a complete service for electronic commerce which includes:

  • EDI Central - Electronic exchange of commercial information

  • Product Central - goods directory for industries and businesses

  • Web Solutions - e-commerce solutions and portals integrated with product catalogues, EDI and ERP

Logiq offers comprehensive value chain expertise, including mapping, development and optimisation of customer information, material and cash-flow.
